Scheduling & Availability
To provide consistent, high-quality care, all services are scheduled in advance. Because I intentionally limit the number of pets in my care at any one time, availability can be limited — especially during holidays or peak seasons.
Recurring schedules are encouraged, as routine is beneficial for both pets and their people.

Meet & Greets
All new clients begin with a brief phone consultation or in-home meet & greet. This ensures your pet feels safe and comfortable, and allows me to fully understand your routines and expectations.

A meet & greet fee will apply to cover gas and time. This price varies by distance driven and if you are requesting any add-ons such as extra time, a walk or anything else you may feel is beneficial for your pet.

Payment
Payment confirms your booking and secures your pet’s spot. Recurring services are billed on a consistent schedule, which will be reviewed with you during onboarding. Clear communication about payment methods and timing ensures a smooth experience for everyone.

Cancellations & Changes
Advance notice for cancellations or schedule changes is greatly appreciated. Last-minute adjustments may incur a fee, as dedicated time is reserved specifically for your pet. This policy helps maintain consistency and reliability for all clients.

Holidays & After-Hours Care
Holiday or after-hours services may have adjusted rates due to limited availability and higher demand. Booking early is recommended to ensure your pet’s care needs are met during these periods.

Extended Care & Special Requests
Requests that go beyond scheduled time, involve additional pets, or require special accommodations may include an additional fee. Any adjustments are always communicated in advance.

Safety & Care Standards
